Beginning his career at Schostak Bros in 1986, Gary was a Top 5 producer  7 years running and was named Vice President in 1996. In 2001, Schostak formed Insite Commercial wGroup. In 2006 Gary joined Colliers International as Vice President in the commercial / industrial brokerage. Gary has closed hundreds of transactions for many companies and individuals such as US Postal Service, Chrysler, Chase, TCF Bank, SMART Transportation, Chevron and Boys and Girls Clubs of SE Michigan
